1.  PETS can be applied as one higher effective lubricant anddispersing agent in plastics and rubber industry in comparsion with PE wax or EBS. (e.g.we recommend PETS-3 to be used in the compounding of PA6,PA66,  and PETS-4 to be used in the compounding of PC/ABS,PPO,PPS,PBT,PET,POM,PP,PE,ABS，etc.polymers.)，it will mix the main resin with the adding agent more uniformly without defect spot occurred,Besides this,it also show easierdemoulding of the made-up articles from the Molds and improve the plasticization,especially PETS-4(1)  is the ideal choice of internal and external lubricant  for transparent  PC compounding.   PETS可作为工程塑料注塑或挤出加工领域中***重要的高温环保润滑剂，相比PE蜡或EBS而言，PETS 具有添加量少、耐高温性能优异、润滑性突出、不影响透明性等优势，（PETS-3主要应用于PA6、PA66尼龙料加工上作为高温润滑剂和防玻纤外露剂，PETS-4可用于PC、PC/ABS合金、聚苯氧醚（PPO）、聚苯硫醚（PPS）、热塑性聚酯（PBT、PET）、PA、POM、PP、PE、ABS作高温环保外润滑剂或内脱模剂），此系列润滑剂添加后可避免出现庛点斑，可使工程塑料树脂主料与添加剂混合较均匀，除此之外，可使制成品脱模更容易，还可改进增塑性。

Dosage 用量：0.1-1phr.

2.  It is also one necessary ingredient for compounding Calcium-Zinc heat stabilizers,functioning as the internal and external lubricants,comparing with other same lubricants,havebetter heat stability and low volatility.PETS还可作为内外均衡的高温环保润滑剂和辅助热稳定剂用于配制粉体环保钙锌复合热稳定剂以及粉体稀土复合热稳定剂体系，与其它润滑剂相比，具有更好的耐高温润滑性和低挥发性、不析出不影响原有产品的透明性等优势。由于本产品环保无毒且与PVC相容性极好，还可直接用在105℃级或其它耐热级别的PVC电缆料中作为高效润滑剂和辅助热稳定剂，不析出，可显著提高电缆料的挤出速度和加工品的光亮度。PETS-3侧重内滑，PETS-4侧重外滑。

Dosage用量：3-5phr（相对100PHR PVC）。

3. Rubber industry applications，Pentaerythritol tetra stearate  is one excellent rubber dispersant and lubricant（similiar to the famous types of Struktol WB222 or Aflux 54) ,can effectively prevent the sticking of the compounds to the rubber rolls,and has positive effect regarding flow and demoulding properties with the injection and mould releasing process,most suitable for synthetic rubber,e.g. H-NBR,ECO/CO,FKM,EPDM,CSM,CR,SBR.PETS可在橡胶行业用作橡胶助剂预分散母胶粒料的分散润滑剂组份，其中PETS-4、PETS-3均有内外润滑的作用，PETS侧重外滑，PETS-3侧重内滑，（预分散母胶粒***主要的分散润滑剂有PETS、ST，ST会影响硫速，一般不建议使用，但有些地方ST降粘效果明显，可以考虑，PETS不会影响硫速，且分散润滑效果明显）。PETS也可直接适用于CO、ECO和FPM胶种的加工（如模压、挤出），除降低胶料的粘度和提高对所有品种填料的吸收外，还可显著减少胶料粘附胶辊的现象；硫化性能不仅不会受到影响，还可促进加压硫化后产品的脱模，减少模垢。作用方式：加入阶段：应在混炼开始时和填料一起加入。

 Pentaerythritol tetra stearate and Pentaerythritol tristearate series have gained REACH pre-registration number and passed SGS inspection concerning SVHC（138 items) and RoHS directives requested by REACH of EU. 耐高温润滑剂季戊四醇硬脂酸酯PETS的测试结果与欧盟RoHS指令2002/95/以及REACH相关的138项八批高关注物质SVHC要求相符。
